Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

If you choose to answer, we collect who you're caring for, roughly where things are in the caregiving journey, and the kind of help that would mean the most. We collect these answers directly from you and store them with your beehiiv subscriber record.

We use your answers only to shape and tailor the Again, With Love newsletter. We don't use them for advertising, for automated decisions, or to train large language models.

beehiiv processes the answers for us, as our newsletter service provider. We don't sell consumer health data, and we don't share it with advertisers or anyone else.

You can ask whether we hold your survey answers, see or correct them, withdraw your permission for future use, or ask us to delete them. Use the Withdraw my survey permission link, which opens a short pre-addressed email, or write to us at hello@againwithlove.com. We won't treat you differently for making a request. If we say no to a request, you can appeal by replying with the word "appeal" and telling us why you think we should change our answer.

Your linked survey answers remain in your subscriber profile while you're subscribed and, after you unsubscribe, until our next regular monthly sweep, unless you ask us to clear them sooner. We use them only while you're subscribed unless you ask us to stop sooner. If you ask us to delete them, we stop using them, clear them from your subscriber profile, and pass a deletion request to beehiiv, our service provider, for its remaining copies. When you unsubscribe, we stop using the answers and take those same clearing and request steps on that next sweep. We keep a small suppression record after an unsubscribe so newsletter email doesn't start up again by mistake.
